The Fun Pet Show
Welcome to the pet show. You will be seeing a lot of pets to day today. We are going to start the show now. Here comes the dog and the cat. They are the most faithful ones. They are going to dance the paso doble . Next up are the birds and the fish, the most obedient ones of the group. They are going to balance a big ball on their head. Next up are the spiders and the iguanas. They are the most beautiful ones. They are going to jump over a ball of fire. Last but not least are the guinea pigs and the rabbits, the hamsters and the gerbils. They are the most unusual ones. They are going to play dead… blech!

Thanks for sharing the pet show. You gave a wonderful description of each one. Was your cat’s name Mrs. Flowers? I am really glad you didn’t have a skunk in your parade of animals. I had one in my front yard when I came home from church tonight. I ran from the car to my back door so he wouldn’t spray me!

I read Nancy’s post and wanted to add that when I came home from choir one night, there was a possum in my driveway. He waited until the car got right beside him before he turned and walked across the front yard. I’m so glad a possum was not in your pet show because they are SO UGLY. If he was in your pet show, he would also play dead. They are really good at that.
